Driving a 2012 .:R as a daily means that, at night, when I’m in the driver seat of what feels like a spaceship, I’m too often taking my eyes off the road to read a screen. Maybe this means need to embrace voice controls. Maybe this means I need to not busy-box with the audio

My 2025 Jetta, still looking new

I hydroplaned and got into a wreck on my way home the day after Christmas 2024. Totaled the car, a 2017 Jetta, but I walked away without a scratch because VW takes safety seriously. When I went to buy a new car there was only one option considered: My third Jetta. I picked it up
