For me, it was completing a solo hike at Sharon Woods Metro Park in Westerville, Ohio. I have been there many times but could never complete so I was pretty happy when I was able to complete and solo at that.

One of the last hike i did last year. 6 lakes total to see. Most of them were mostly empty as it was near the start of the snow season. Was a small hike of 9km total with 700m of elevation gain. Going to start this new year 2026 with another hike in a few weeks, as i got some n
