The lengthy development has reportedly cost Ubisoft over $500 million. The restructuring also includes ending the work-from-home policy and mandating office work five days a week, which may lead to further layoffs. Meanwhile, the game workers union Solidaires Informatique called for a strike in response to Ubisoft's recent announcements.
