Clear lemon meringue pie 😋

Start with 100% pure lemon juice, and then filter it as many times as needed to remove all the fine particulate that normally makes it cloudy - then, instead of regular granulated sugar, use your preferred brand of simple syrup for sweetening (white corn syrup could be used in its place, but won’t end with the same level of transparency)
