LPT: Highlight good contributors to your community if you want "growth" on digg

Some of these things you can't really do like having flairs, pinning posts. But we'll get them eventually. But small things like shoutouts, talking about them in the about or community guidelines can work

Personally I've been trying various things, but I think what I'm going to do next is to engage with other contributor's communities, after all it can get a little lonely when you're posting in your own communities
