What do you think is the best way to get back into it?
I used to go to the gym like, at least 5 days a week for almost a decade. Recently I had to pause my membership bc I've been going through some financial difficulties, and wow, I've completely lost the bug. I try to walk (and sometimes jog if I'm feeling good) but that's about it, and feeling so out of shape is really making it hard to do the things that will get me in shape. I suppose is this also happening at the same time as middle age so it's hitting particularly hard. Any advice?
