Amos > Holden??

Watched S01 and wow...I really like Amos.

I'm not really one to point out differences but the actor and the character's writing for S01 somehow made Amos even more likable to me. Granted, I'm slow to immerse myself in books as I usually gain traction and interest at the 50% mark (Book 01, even with The Godfather book and No Country for Old Men).

Amos is that guy who you want watching your back, and at the same time you do NOT want to piss off. Sorta like Winston's big brother from The Continental (I know, it's not that good but he was described as having that quality by one of the black characters).
