LED face mask advice needed

Hello!

Someone has dropped hints that they want to be gifted an LED face mask. Does anyone use one?? I know there is info on YouTube but I can’t distinguish real reviews from influencers so wondered what you good people can advise. First question: do they actually work?? Second: what are the must have / must avoid features? Third: any recommended brands or models?? Thanks.
