What's the 'greatest' show you haven't watched?

Based off fan fervour I would say Babylon 5 and The Expanse, I hear constantly that I should watch them but just haven't started. I think once a show is over 2 or 3 seasons it feels like a very large hurdle to do. What are some shows you've never seen but are constantly recommended?
