Two Saskatchewan employers, Vikram Singh and Harinder Sachdeva, are facing charges under immigration legislation for activities at their restaurants in North Battleford and Humboldt. The Ministry of Immigration and Career Training alleges they charged fees for employment, misrepresented job opportunities, threatened deportation without cause, and exploited foreign workers. The alleged offenses occurred between April and July 2024.
