Traffic accidents fall for third consecutive year; Rotterdam and Amsterdam lead

The number of traffic accidents in the Netherlands has declined for the third consecutive year in 2025, with approximately 75,800 accidents recorded, a decrease of about 600 from 2024. Rotterdam and Amsterdam reported the highest numbers of accidents, while Almere saw the largest decrease.
