Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Marc Mero has pulled back the curtain on WWE royalties.

Mero shared his 2019 royalty statement to show what some wrestlers actually earn from archived WWE content. During that period, WWE generated $39,590.81 from content featuring his likeness, yet his net payout for the quarter was just $71.47.

Mero emphasized that although he helped build WWE’s brand and memorable moments, the compensation from royalties doesn’t reflect that contribution.
