Should Europeans be taking a vacation in the US right now?

After Trump's threats against Europe, especially Denmark, is there still any reason to maintain friendly relations across the Atlantic?

I grew up in a world where the world was friendly, globalized, and acted in partnership. The times we live in today are the complete opposite of that.
