Pipe bomb suspect told FBI he targeted U.S. political parties, memo says
A Justice Department memo reveals that Brian J. Cole Jr., accused of placing pipe bombs outside the Democratic and Republican national committees on Jan. 5, 2021, told investigators he wanted to 'speak up' for those who believed the 2020 election was stolen. Cole allegedly confessed to planting the bombs, expressing disillusionment with both political parties and sympathy for claims that the election had been stolen. The bombs, which did not detonate, were discovered on the eve of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
So he believed the election was “stolen”, which is the same lie the sitting President keeps spewing every chance he gets.
The audacity of the right to claim that the “radical left” is responsible for so much politically-charged criminal activity is just laughably insane.
