Senate Democrats signal that they will not be providing any votes to advance the latest appropriations bill which includes DHS and ICE funding

To advance the bill, Republicans need 60 votes in the Senate. There are currently only 53 Republicans in the Senate so they would have needed 7 Democrats to advance the bill.
