Pizza: Beef Curry Leftovers
Today, I had some beef curry leftovers from the other night, so I decided to try making them into a pizza.
I made the dough in a breadmaker; this time, I timed the process. It took about 75 minutes to knead and ferment in the machine.
I heated up the beef curry slightly and removed all the bones.
After the dough was finished, I placed it in a 9-inch pan and spread it out as evenly as possible.
I added the beef curry evenly across the dough, along with some leftover cooked, sliced potatoes.
I preheated the oven to 475F.
I let the pizza bake for about 10 minutes, checking the dough's internal temperature until it reached approximately 200F
That was it; I let it cool and then sliced it up.
Oh yea, I added some cilantro before I put it into the oven. I'm not sure if that was a good idea. Maybe should have done that after.
