Cooter previously worked with Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni and has a strong reputation for his football knowledge and research skills. In his three years with the Colts, the team ranked in the top 10 in total offense and points. A move to the Eagles would be considered a promotion for Cooter.

This could be interesting since he worked under Shane Steichen. My main preference is still Mike McDaniel but this guy helped make Daniel Jones look really good.
