The Psychophysics Psyber Lab

A great example of an old school academic research site. The subject itself is about how organisms use their senses to detect and interpret events in the environment, focusing on function and not so much biological structure. It's the modeling of how perception works. According to the site, there was once a physical lab located at the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. The website contains a historical record of the labs work and research.
