DK Country Returns HD update brings bug fixes, Switch 2 improvements, and Dixie Kong!

Yesterday, players of Donkey Kong Country Returns HD were treated to a surprise update (that was strangely also announced un the Nintendo Today app). It has fixed many of the bugs that were still in the game from a year ago, whilst also adding enhancements for the Switch 2 for resolution, loading time, and GameShare. Perhaps the most unexpected parts of this update are the additions of a new gamemode (Turbo Attack), and Dixie Kong as a playable character. Nevertheless, it is a welcome surprise, and I hope Nintendo does more of this in the future!
