The Pentagon has identified active-duty troops that could be deployed to Minnesota as part of 'prudent planning' in case President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act. Frey and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz have been vocal against the administration's handling of immigration enforcement and have urged ICE to leave Minneapolis.
