Life without social media, what is it like?

For those who don't have Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc. What is life like? I've been trying to escape social media for the better part of this year and for the moments that I succeed it's been absolutely fantastic. It gives me so much more mental clarity, I get bored more often and I tend to sleep way better.

I know that Digg also is a form of social media, but to me it doesn't feel nearly as toxic as the giants out there (Twitter, Reddit, Instagrama and TikTok)

I'm just wondering how you guys are experiencing it. If ofcourse, you're not on social media. :)
