How are you using AI in language learning?

Any specific tools or tactics folks can recommend? I recently started having ChatGPT generate a series of short stories or articles in Italian on random topics I'm interested in. It's pretty fun. If you prompt it correctly, you can even have it sprinkle key vocabulary throughout the content multiple times (in other words, utilizing spaced repetition) with each piece of content building on the next.

I've also tried a little bit to use it to practice speaking. But haven't quite nailed that down like I have for reading comprehension.

I'm curious what else I should try.
