Share your favorite challah recipes!

I’ve been using the water challah recipe from challah prince for awhile but want to change it up to something with eggs in it. I found a decent recipe from NYT but still trying to get it right/it’s not turning out the way I want yet.

Let me hear yours! If anyone just wants to share a pic of their challah I wouldn’t complain either.
