Just watched Frogman (2023)
Fun found footage horror. Wears its influences on its sleeve; the first hour is so-so but the finale really cranks up the scares.
Cryptid found footage about a group of friends searching for proof that the Loveland Frogman exists. The first hour is fairly standard found footage stuff but done well. The creature lore is interesting and the characters are likeable. Things gets wild in the third act as the movie delivers on the Frogman mayhem with some great practical effects including an old school monster suit for the Frogman.
