WebRTC & Home Assistant

I'm having quite a hard time figuring out exactly how WebRTC works with Home Assistant. There seems to be a lot of moving parts between Home Assistant's new(ish) built-in WebRTC support and some HACS integrations.

The biggest thing I can't figure out for sure is if HA and the HACS integrations will use the same web_rtc servers set in the HA config, or if I need to set them per integration.

Has anyone figured this out? If anyone uses WebRTC a lot, I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on using the built-in HA vs HACS integrations.
