Ladybird is a new web browser being developed by a non-profit organization, aiming to provide a standards-compliant, secure, and performant browsing experience. It is currently in heavy development and is expected to release an Alpha version for early adopters in 2026. Ladybird is designed without any form of user monetization, such as default search deals or crypto tokens, and is funded entirely through sponsorships and donations.
