🍱 Japanese Diet Challenge – Day 1 🔥
Let’s do this. No starving. Just good food.
I’m doing my Day 1 on Japanese Diet Challenge.. not sure if this is good idea to do this on a weekend… so much distractions!!
So Day 1 is all about RESETTING. This is what I’m having:
🍳 Breakfast
I’m not a big breakfast person…
• Black coffee
• Tamagoyaki or a simple fried egg
Warm, salty, cozy. Starts the day right.
🍜 Lunch
• Chicken teriyaki (just a piece of chicken thigh, deboned) cooked in the air-fryer, easy piecey!
• Steamed veg (microwave from frozen, again easy!)
Balanced, filling, zero crash.
🍣 Dinner
• Grilled salmon
• Spinach with sesame
• Rice (using sushi rice here, and made into little rice balls 🍙 )
🍎 Snack
• fruit - just had an apple
Not too bad for Day 1, protein at every meal so not too hungry overall
i usually skip breakfast, i actually felt i had more than usual cause I had Tamagoyaki !!
I’m always hungry, so this is about eating smarter, not less.
If Day 1 feels good, I feel like I can stick with it ❤️
