And the star veg combo… honey & mustard roasted carrots and parsnips 🍯🌿 Air-fryer is the play here 👍🏻

Sticky, sweet, a little tangy, caramelised edges. Absolute flavour bombs.

This is cosy, comforting, lick-the-plate kind of food.
