YouTube Bans Popular Channels that Offered Fake AI Movie Trailers
Google loves AI content, except when it doesn’t.
YouTube has banned two popular channels, Screen Culture and KH Studio, for creating and uploading fake AI movie trailers, which violated YouTube's spam and misleading-metadata policies. Despite Google's support for generative AI, it has to balance this with protecting intellectual property rights, as seen in Disney's partnership with OpenAI and its demand for the removal of Disney content from Google AI.
