New details have emerged about the arrest of actor Kiefer Sutherland, who allegedly assaulted an Uber driver and made criminal threats. The driver claimed Sutherland was under the influence and attempted to flee, calling 911 during the incident. Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of felony criminal threats and released on bond. His first court appearance is scheduled for February 2.
