When does the leaderboard refresh?

Since this may be the only time in my life that I hit the leaderboard before the pro meme posters arrive, I was wondering what the scheduled refresh was for the leaderboards. It looks like it’s a daily refresh reporting the last 24 hours. Is it noon PST perhaps? Thanks.
