Can someone create a community for moderators? /mods or /moderators?

You know just keep seeing posts about how much people hate moderators and ills of Reddit mods. And obviously we don’t want the same thing repeated here but thought be helpful to have community where mods could help each other out and be able to share advice on how to be better or best navigate things here?

I have already create 2 communities so I can’t myself. But if anyone knows of community that exists or ends up creating one could you please let me know. Thanks all!
