So what’s to stop this place from turning into a bunch of mega dudes in a hot tub watching each other to jerk off?

I imagine a lot of people coming here were people that got banned from Reddit for hate speech and can’t get back on. What’s to keep them from completely shitting this site up too? Is there a policy or a plan to keep that under control?
