[Desktop site bug] Reply disappears when scrolled out of viewport

Hi digg team, I'm experiencing a bug where if I type a reply to a comment then scroll away from the reply so it's out of viewport and then back to it, the entire reply box disappears.

It doesn't seem to be super consistent (i.e. sometimes it stays) but is pretty easily replicated. I'm experiencing this issue on an older version of Edge (111.xxx) and Brave (1.80.125) on MacOS Big Sur (can't update my MacOS since my laptop is old).

Are you experiencing this too?
