Reddit v. Digg: Ads, so many effing ads
Experience here so far is top notch and really enjoying the improvements and expansion. And the timing is perfect, Reddit seems to be increasingly going the way of Meta and becoming an over-monetized ad delivery machine. Every day it seems to be more, and these ads are better blending in with the other content. I’m still on both platforms until the content amount gets high enough here, but can’t wait to ditch them. Thanks to the dev and behind the scenes team. I am so perplexed as to why the platform most at-risk with your growth is choosing now to alienate their users, but so be it, more migration for us.
