Will Digg users be given the opportunity to vote on whether Digg should implement/add certain features or not?

Good Morning/Good Evening, One of the problems I have with reddit is that they automatically opt you in on updates that do more harm then good. Like the new "removed by mod.." on post that have been removed by moderators. So, along with the title, will Digg allow users to opt out of certain updates?
