How do you decide what to moderate in /digg? How do we appeal?

I feel it's a little ironic that this comment, in a post about why folks are coming here, was removed, without a moderator note, in an official Digg-founded community that still has no guidelines. (Unless the site's TOS are this community's guidelines? Make that clearer.)

To be left with no official clarity on why it was removed doesn't really help me understand what to not post in future. (It can't be the swearing, as there's plenty of swearing in that thread.)

I'm there talking about the mental health impact of interacting online and it gets deleted without a single word or notification. 😂 The irony.
