[SUGGESTION] Username changing & alternatives

I submitted this through the support feature if the digg app, but I don't think I'm ever going to hear back from that so maybe I'll just I made it here now that I found this area.

I notice we don't support username changing yet. Do you plan on that feature? It's not the most uncommon thing but what about considering it or some other alternatives along the way?

If you really can't support people changing usernames, what if you give us a display names as well? This is something that tiktok and X do. The username is the hard link to your account, but the display name is "who" you are.
If you can support it, but you don't want people to be rapidly changing their names or It's not good for the back end, you could implement a time limit how often one can change their name. Or you can make it a feature you have to pay for. Even if it was just simply $1 it would likely curb a lot of people.
Let's say you won't do either of the above, what about giving us the ability to change the capitalization of our existing names? That's kind of like a pseudo username change.
