[suggestion] Making announcements and pinned post more visible in the feed

I know we don't even have these yet, but it's something that I found severely lacking on Reddit. If there's an announcement or pinned post, it won't really show up in someone's feed unless it gets upvoted. A lot of people don't just go to individual communities and scroll the feed instead, so these posts will stay invisible for a lot of users.

It would be great if announcement posts/pinned posts from communities would be more visible in feeds, making sure users actually get to see the important info. Maybe only in "my feed" and not in "all dig". This would also help for updates from admins themselves here on
