Wheat, Rye, Spelt, Semola Flour Buttertop Sourdough Loaf and Mocha Orange Pistachio biscotti fresh out of the oven today.
Both of these are using my nearly 2yr old sourdough starter. Was aiming for a bit denser of a loaf so I could slick thin for sandwich that isn't just empty calories. The biscotti is my first using sourdough, still needs 10g of baking soda since the cookie dough made from it is so dense. Turned out great
