Pan Pizza: Converted Leftovers (Chicken & Potato)
Had some chicken and potato leftovers the other day. Converted it all to pan pizza.
I heated up the chicken and potatoes then took all the chicken off the bones.
With a bread maker, I made the pizza dough to fill up the pan. This took a while, about 2 hours or so.
Once the dough was made, I placed it evenly in the pan.
Preheated the oven 475 Fahrenheit.
Put some pizza sauce on the dough first, the potatoes and chicken, then some onions and cilantro.
Let it cook for about 12 minutes.
I took a meat thermometer and checked the internal temperature of the dough. 200F or so.
I was a bit worried it might have been under cooked, so I shut the stove off, but left the pizza inside for another five minutes. Not bad, worked out.
