A rare Frank Lloyd Wright home in Chicago, the J. J. Walser Jr. House, is on sale for $350,000. This six-bedroom, 3,235 square foot Prairie-style home, designed in 1903, is one of only five surviving Wright homes in the city and his only single-family design on the West Side. Despite its architectural significance, the home is in severe disrepair due to neglect, vandalism, and water damage. It was placed on Preservation Chicago's list of endangered architectural treasures in 2025. Urgent repairs were undertaken to stabilize the home before it was placed on the market.
