I'm getting my floor renovated. Is this normal for labor cost?

Got a floor renovation quote for my 1100 sqft 2bd condo and the labor costs seem way high to me. Just removing and replacing flooring, no major structural changes. It's from a family contractor and I don't want to be rude, but I'm trying to figure out if this is normal pricing these days before I move forward. Has anyone had similar work done recently? What did you end up paying for labor? Just want a reality check here.
