Best Short Book? (Under 100 pages)

For those who don't like to read... what's the best short book (100 pages or less) you've ever read. It can be any topic, but not like a kids books.

A good example of this would be Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson which is between 94 to 98 pages.
