CalTrans Update on work in Eastern Sierra

Everyone driving through Bishop right now knows that there is a lot of sidewalk upgrade work on Main Street / Highway 395. Here are the current updates on that work (as well as updates throughout the 395 / Eastern Sierra corridor).
