A jury has returned a verdict for Brett Ours, who was charged with attempted homicide for a brutal assault at the Aliquippa VFW. The incident, which lasted 30 to 40 minutes, was captured on surveillance video and shown in court. Ours was found not guilty of attempted murder but guilty of multiple charges including aggravated assault and strangulation.
