Sometimes I think our evaluations should be per dish, not restaurant

I feel like especially in Austin the quality of the food varies so much between dishes. I love Phoebe's for instance but there are some dishes there I'm not a big fan of (Brisket Benny), and I feel like if someone were to go and order that they would think I was crazy to recommend the place. Just a thought. Do y'all have any other experiences like this?
