What's a good HTML and CSS project before moving on to JS? +2 Q

Good Morning/Good Evening, Soooo, I have built 2 projects so far, (cafe menu and Business card) and I'm currently on Basic CSS at freecodecamp. The thing is I don't plan to do the whole section, just Basic CSS then Box Model then Positioning then Flesbox and then just moving on to JS. ( learn the rest through building ) Would you say that is foolish and I should just finish the whole css section? (i'm referring to this https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/full-stack-developer ) Also, I'm looking for a project that I can try to build solo after completing those things to solidify what I have learnt before moving on. Also, is it a good idea to post those small projects on github to build a record? (i already did, just need to know if it's something i should do) Tank you
