Why is it so hard finding a job these days?

What do you think it's so hard finding a job?

I've heard many different reasons like AI, layoffs, slowing credit, etc.

I feel like it's a combination and companies not wanting to train anyone.

They just expect you to know everything before you walk in the door.

What other factors are at play?
