What's Discrete Math for Computing like?

So, spring semester for college is starting soon, and this is one of those classes i got no clue in what's going to happen till i start. I want to get ahead. So I'm not a complete idiot.

A lot of y'all here are coders I presume, So I would like some insider knowledge regarding this class and how to make proper use of it, if there are any.
